I just made the most delicious dinner, I just have to share it with you right away! It was so good, I don't even have a picture to post...I'll just have to make it again! I pulled this together from a few different ideas of delicious bowls I've seen other people prepare and post around the internets. This is a perfect, dinner-for-two-in-a-bowl that incorporates the delicious ingredients of Spring that your body needs. Don't panic when you read this recipe and the different steps....it's really not that complicated and only took me about 10 minutes to make! A Bowl of Awesome Spring serves 2 ingredients
