This series helped me to identify habits that interfere with sleep, and habits that can be used to create a healthier pattern or wake-sleep cycles. My favorite part is the miracle breath. Even when I'm convinced it won't work, it somehow does and I realize I fell asleep either during or right after! |
I appreciate that you gave us so many different techniques and we can try them all to see which ones work for us personally. It's not a one size fits all solution and now we have many different things to use, which work in all different situations! |
I really liked the inward looking, reflective nature of the course. There were lots of provocative ideas, especially at the end [when I reflected on] throwing pieces of my habits/lifestyle/actions into the fire. |
